催化燃燒器電控制系統(tǒng) 由PLC控制器、文本顯示器、變頻調速器、點火器、紫外線傳感器、熱電偶等電控設備以及風機,另外由零壓閥調節(jié)燃氣與空氣的比例。催化燃燒電氣控制系統(tǒng)工作過程分為三個狀態(tài):燃燒器工作狀態(tài)、停止狀態(tài)及參數(shù)設定狀態(tài)。在工作狀態(tài)中又分為點火過程和燃燒過程。由安裝的熱電偶檢測出溫度,送文本顯示器顯示。PLc具有模擬量輸入、輸出模塊,檢測火焰燃燒信號和熱電偶溫度信號,將檢測到的信號與設定的信號經(jīng)過比較運算后,通過0~10 V電信號控制變頻器的輸出頻率來調整風機的轉速,保持燃燒器的燃燒溫度,這就是構成以設定溫度為基準的控制系統(tǒng);自動檢測燃燒器溫度信號與設定的溫度比較,輸出各類報警信號或直接停機。顯示器可以顯示燃氣流量、燃燒溫度和變頻器輸出頻率。設定參數(shù)和工作狀態(tài)等信息;可以通過顯示器在線調整運行溫度參數(shù),修改設定溫度控制風機的運行。該系統(tǒng)還設有多種保護功能,尤其是較強的邏輯互鎖功能,從而保證系統(tǒng)工作可靠,并且具有較為完善的控制功能。
